 RETURN POLICY

If you need a box to ship back to us, US POSTAL PRIORITY MAIL BOXES ARE FREE AT THE POST OFFICE.

 ~~ PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE MERCHANDISE YOU ARE RETURNING.~~
We will not accept items back that have been used or worn.

If exchange or return is desired, you must contact TheWildCowboy.com for a return authorization within 10 days of receipt of your order.-- YOU DO NOT NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM IN 10 DAYS. We only ask that you please let us know within 10 days of receipt that you would like to do a return or exchange.  This way we can issue the RA number and shipping address so you can return your item within 30 days from the date you received it.

**Items sent back without a return authorization will be refused.  

Simply send us an email listing RETURN REQUESTED as your option or PHONE our customer service with your Order number so we can issue the RA to you.

WE CAN ONLY REFUND THE PURCHASE AMOUNT. Shipping is not refunded back to our company, so we can not refund it back to the customer.
If you wish to do an exchange for the same product, we will ship back at no charge for the 1st exchange.  A second exchange will be at the cost of the customer for shipping from The Wild Cowboy to the customer.
If you return a product for exchange, or full refund, shipping can not be refunded.

TOO MANY TIMES CUSTOMERS RETURN COWBOY HATS WITH NO REGARD TO THE PRODUCT, AND SMASH THEM IN TO A BOX. IN TERN, WE RECEIVE A COWBOY HAT THAT IS BADLY SMASHED AND CAN NOT BE REPAIRED.
When you return a cowboy hat, please note if returning in the same box you received it in, the cowboy hats ONLY FIT IN ONE WAY.

WE APOLOGIZE, BUT MERCHANDISE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION CAN NOT AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED TO THE CUSTOMER.

REFUND INFORMATION:

Refunds are made back to the same means of payment of the original order. We do not need you to supply your credit card information again for a refund. 

We have no control of when your credit appears back to the credit card. Credit card refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.

If you return a product for full refund, shipping can not be refunded.
