POLICY
If
you need a box to ship back to us, US
POSTAL PRIORITY MAIL BOXES
ARE FREE AT THE POST OFFICE.

RESPECTFUL OF THE MERCHANDISE YOU ARE RETURNING.~~ We
will not accept items back that have been used or worn.
If exchange or return is
desired, you must contact TheWildCowboy.com for a return
authorization within 5 days of receipt of your order.--
YOU DO NOT NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM IN 5 DAYS.
We only ask that you please let us know within 5 days of
receipt that you would like to do a return or
exchange.
Items sent back without a return
authorization will be refused. Simply send us an
email listing RETURN REQUESTED as your option.
WE CAN ONLY REFUND THE PURCHASE
AMOUNT. Shipping is not refunded back to our company, so we
can not refund it back to the customer. If you wish to do
an exchange for the same product, we will ship back at no
charge. If you return a product for exchange, or full
refund, shipping can not be refunded.

TOO MANY TIMES CUSTOMERS
RETURN COWBOY HATS WITH NO REGARD TO THE PRODUCT, AND SMASH
THEM IN TO A BOX. IN TERN, WE RECEIVE A COWBOY HAT THAT IS
BADLY SMASHED AND CAN NOT BE REPAIRED. When you return a
cowboy hat, please note if returning in the same box you
received it in, the cowboy hats ONLY FIT IN ONE
WAY.
WE APOLOGIZE, BUT MERCHANDISE
RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION CAN NOT AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
TO THE CUSTOMER.
REFUND INFORMATION:
Refunds are made back to the
same means of payment of the original order. We do not need
you to supply your credit card information again for a
refund.
We have no control of when your
credit appears back to the credit card. Credit card refunds
can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
If you return a product for full
refund, shipping can not be refunded.
WE CAN ONLY REFUND THE PURCHASE AMOUNT.
Shipping is not

refund it back to the customer. If you wish to do an
exchange for the same product, we will
ship back at no charge for the same, or like product. Other
products of different nature may have a shipping difference.
(i.e: Returning a cowboy hat in
exchange for leather chaps.)
