IF YOU ARE ORDERING FOR AN ADULT: Order normal shoe size.

IF YOU ARE ORDERING FOR A CHILD: Order normal shoe size. Boot size chart is also provided below for additional sizing assistance to insure a true fit.

These boots are generously sized, and will fit the same size the person you are buying for currently wears. ie: if a size 10 is the size of a tennis shoe that currently fits, then you should order a size 10 cowboy boot. **If you are not sure of the sizing, it is best to order 1/2 size larger. Going up is better then ordering a boot that is too small.

The following is a basic, and some boots may differ according to the sole style. Crepe boot soles may measure a bit more, because of the overage. A normal shoe size should be ordered.

HOW LONG TILL I GET MY NEW BOOTS?

Infant and all of the ladies boots, unless specified otherwise will ship in 1-3 days. Child, youth and mens boots take on average aprox 1 1/2 - 2 weeks depending on your location for delivery. We do have boot that "WILL SHIP NOW" that are from a discontinued stock. Each boot is listed by the one size available and are in every boot category.

We do our best to get them to you as soon as possible. ** If you need them by a special date, you may note so in the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" section in the address info page when placing your order, or you can notify us via email or phone. Please have your order number so a customer service representative can note your account.

If you have ordered other products besides cowboy boots, your order will ship together, unless you request otherwise.
